Before making any item available to our customers, we also put it through a personal taste-test to guarantee the best possible experience.

Broadway Basketeers also allows you to include a personalized message with every gift as well as customize your corporate gift baskets. We’ll deliver directly to your recipient and you can choose to save their address for future purchases.

2. How Do I Place My Order?

To order your corporate gift basket, you can choose to peruse our selection and/or speak to a Gift Specialist. If you opt not to speak with a Gift Specialist, just add your order to your Broadway Basketeers shopping cart, add your recipient’s shipping information, and complete the transaction.

For orders with multiple recipients, we have a downloadable Bulk Order Form. Simply fill out the spreadsheet with your order details and upload it to have everything added to your shopping cart. After, simply check out and we’ll handle the rest!

3. Should I Place My Order Well In Advance?

Broadway Basketeers will ensure your order is shipped in time for it to arrive on your chosen delivery date. However, bear in mind all orders will take at least one day to be completed and delivered.

If you need an order delivered next day, place your order before 2 PM EST. Orders placed after 2 PM EST may not be available for next-day delivery until the following day.

From May to October, items that can melt will only be shipped during the week, using special heat-resistant packaging, to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. During these months, it’s best to place your order early in the week.

4. How Much Can I Say in My Personalized Greeting Cards?

Our free greeting cards allow for up to 500 characters.

5. Will I Receive Order Confirmation/a Receipt?

Yes.

After placing your order online, you will be redirected to an order confirmation screen. You may choose to save this screen in PDF or by opting to print it for your records.

Additionally, we will send you an order confirmation receipt via email. If you do not receive one, please ensure the email address you provided is correct and check your Spam folder.

6. How Will I Know My Order Shipped?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email.

If you created a Broadway Basketeers account, you can also track your order status by logging in and clicking on View Order Status. Your order’s tracking number, route, and delivery address will also be available here.

For bulk orders, you will receive a single shipping confirmation email for all items shipped on the same day. Depending on the recipient addresses, if multiple shipping dates are required, you will receive updated shipping confirmation with all relevant information.

12. How Do I Calculate Shipping Costs?

Shipping charges vary by gift basket size and weight as well as shipping speed, and are applied to each package in your order. Standard and Premium US shipping costs are included in the quick view or specification tab beneath each item on the side.

Expedited shipping and shipping charges for delivery addresses in Canada are calculated during the order process based on the recipient’s address and your chosen delivery date. You will be able to view the shipping charges before checking out.

13. Can I Send Corporate Gift Baskets Internationally?

Yes and no. We can ship your order to Canada. Unfortunately, at this time, Canada is the only international destination we are able to ship to.

14. Can I Choose Multiple Addresses for Delivery?

Yes! Simply download our Bulk Order Form, fill it out with your order and recipient addresses, and upload it. Your order will be automatically added to your shopping cart and we’ll ensure each gift is shipped on time to meet your desired delivery date.

15. Can You Invoice Me For My Order?

Yes, we can invoice you for your order provided your account has been verified through our Credit Application. This may take up to 5 business days following receipt of your application.
